A Note From the Landscape Committee

With the support of the MPHOA, an adhoc committee was formed seven years ago to give the entry to Martin's Point a more cohesive appearance and update the landscaping.  Over a period of four years the Landscape Committee has accomplished this goal of renovating four areas at the entry while accomplishing this under budget and prior to the five year deadline we set.  With this work  completed, the committee has disbanded and the Grounds and Maintenance has taken over the upkeep.  We'd like to thank all of those residents who have also done a remarkable job of landscape and maintenance of their property.  Our goal is to continue to keep Martin's Point as the premier property on the Outer Banks and working together, we can do this.
